NANCY STEWART MUSIC

I like to visit Nancy Stewart's music site and let students listen to some of the easy songs that they, too, can learn.  Her voice is so soothing, it mesmerizes them as they listen and view the words.  She usually has a song of the month and finger plays to go with some of the songs.

SO YOU WANT TO BE PRESIDENT

We will be reading, So You Want to Be President?, by Judith St. George, in November which shows students that presidents are real people with a funny twist.  The book covers information about presidential pets, sports, children, and looks.  One of my favorites, and very timely during this election season.
